on rookgaard premmy that is go 2 the stable north of toms shop down the ladder the the second row second brick from the hole press use it will give u a free doublet then go to the premmy area and over the wall where loui says stay away from that hole go down it there is only rabbits dwn there kill all rabbits take all the meat( keep some 4 yourself ) and sell the rest 2 billy at 2gp a piece buy a wooden shield and head back over the wall and south 2 the skeletons ( three graves dig up middle one) and jump down hole on full defense there it usally a dead skeleton u can get some thing from if not u can rope one up and kill it u should be able to arm yourself with a mace and brass shield from here the head towards the troll cave just infront of it is a hole use shovel and go down it work through the cave killing spiders i know what your thinkin but they are easy 2 kill and on full stamina give good exp/hr spend a couple of hrs doing this and u will b through rook in no time

For the most part this guide is good.

Personally, after I obtain a mace, I kill the wolves on the premmy side. Just circling the island.

I start at the southeast wolf spawn, then head west to the underground snake spawn. After that, I continue northwest to the wolf spawn in the center of the island.
Once I finish killing those I head northwest even more to kill the wolves in the most northwestern area of the premmy side.

With the newly implemented +50% for the first hour of stamina, I have made it from level 1-8 in under 45 minutes (looting my own mace from skeletons).
