Im sure everyone knows and im late but If you are in an instance and in a party then exit the party while remaining in the instance. when the countdown starts and you are teleported to the town or place you made your home your hearthstone should be recharged.

Told to me by a wow friend.

Use your hearthstone...then grind something and just die ....then go into an instance ...hearthstone is recharged ...Do not have to be in a group to go into instance and for this to work!
