and how do I use this codes?

so how we use it, pls explain faster

i already search for a long day about L2phx. So many ppl give a code, a script, and some iditem. But no one can explain how, when...and what meaning about it.

i just try with my self how to use L2phx....and i just got some clue to make a "DEAL" when enchant armor or weapon. Some ppl said this is call "fash enchant". But when i try it in Indonesian official server....1 got +6 armor 1 time....but i lose a lot EAC....>.<

some body know more about L2phx. Please give some easy way for a newbie. If i only want sending packet...maybe i can use WPE. So, what special from L2phx?.....
