if you didn't already know this if you and or your party is running low on health /mp and you have a clerk, priest or bishop with you tell them to heal you and this only works with magicians. you use magic guard and get the clerk priest or bishop to heal you again. if you in an all magicians party and your in a pq it is very helpful

i dont get it eather...
when you use magic shield( or whatever it is called) it reverses your HP/MP so it is MP/HP. e is saying if you have low hp and mp let them heal your hp THEN cast magic sheild causing them to switch, then have them heal you again, instead of healing HP it heals MP. There you have it.

??? i dont get soo its just mkaes ur party a bit better f6
ok... you use the move that makes your mp switch with your hp. Then when you have a cleric in your party, have them use heal. then you can heal your hp and mp.

magic guard? hello....that power doesnt heal!!!! it just imporves ur powers
and I have a lvl 200 mage
I doubt you're a level 200 mage. Even a level 20 mage knows what magic guard does, and it does not improve your power. Magic guard temporarily replaces damage with MP instead of HP.
So with maximum magic guard when you get hit, 80% of the damage is taken out of your MP bar instead of HP bar; the other 20% is taken out of your HP.

We know that but I'm pretty sure cleric/priest or wadever(MAGICIAN), Can only Heal Hp not MP no matter you switch or not switch it still stays the same. Correct me if i'm wrong.

You are absolutely correct. But I wasn't referring to this thread topic, I was referring to the comment "magic guard improves your power" or however it went.

l let me clerify that for you magic garud only erverses 80percent maxed and mages have low hp so it helps saves your ###### but it depends on mana and mana pots completely
