First off, this is an honest, wholesome way to make a good lot of plats in EQ2
without breaking any game rules. This guide applies to anybody over lvl 20.

What you want to do is to build up all of your harvesting skills to your current lvl
cap (remember, yo u should atleast be 20 when you do this), and proceed to the
Thundering Steppes or to the Butcherblock Mountains (if you have EoF expansion
pack). There, you should collect EVERY harvesting node (however, be courteous to any
fellow harvesters in the area; if you aren't bringing in the resources as fast as
you want, relocate- Butcherblock and TS are relatively large zones, and have
multiple harvesting points of interest) that is in your reach and is not being
harvested by another player. Remember, pick up all of the shiny question marks you
find on the ground, selling them to other players can earn you a very large sum of
gold, and at mid to high tiers, these "collection" items can sell for almost as much
as 8/10 or 3/4 plats a piece. (to another player, though. remember to never vendor
one of these potential cash cows) When you are done harvesting resource nodes for
the day, bring your load back to your house/apartment/etc and put them for sale via
the bulletin board which you can put up in your room. Remember to stock up on bags
which you can use to sell the most you can at once. Also, look at what sells for how
much and price your merchandise lower than everybody else. And before I forget,
cooking ingredients will not sell as well as other resources, so be sure to put them
up last or find a client who will pay you for them directly. Good luck.

You can just quest in KP or any ROK zone and get about 200plat per day and get aa/exp while you quest instead of spending ur whole day harvesting which is just so boring
