How to level SpeechCraft to level 100
To do this go to any major town with a stables, pay the guy at the cart with the horse and he'll take you there.
Once you're there you'll see a board walk on the river, walk onto it and take the first right and you should see a bridge.
Cross this bridge and keep walking straight.
You need to enter the second door on the right into a building called Black-Briar Manor.
Upon entering the building you'll see a funny looking man behind the counter.
You need to talk to him and choose the second option "Tell me about Maven Black Briar" (She's the leader of the Dark brotherhood but that's irrelevant).
Spam click X(PS3)/A(360[not sure if it's been patched on the 360]) through his crappy dialogue and 3 more options will come up, you need to pick the first one (It will say (persuade) at the end of it).
Now here's where the glitch occurs, for some reason the NPC doesn't update and it seems as if you have never talked to him before so all you need to do is keep spam clicking over and over again(the options won't ever change position unless you hit off the joystick.
Keep at this for 20 - 30 minutes(I watched a whole episode of scrubs on my laptop and turned my tv onto mute and I was just shy of 100 once it was over).
Note: I think you need to be either 20 or 25 speechcraft to spam persuade him without failing.
