Now since my poisition in college is looking a hell of a lot better than before (12 assignments over the easter break and now I've finished 2 out of 6 modules, the first to do so ) I can relax a bit, and so I'm looking for something new to play, since I completed Portal 2 in like 8 hours and I'm now playing it through again just because it's that epic.

Anyway the point I'm getting at is I'm a big Final Fantasy fan, and so I'm looking at getting a new game, which will most likely be one of the ncsoft games, FF XI, FF XIV or Aion.

I've heard mixed things about Aion and the biggest downside I've heard of is the endless grind for consumables or enchants and that it has a terrible pvp system, which is giving me second thoughts. So is it worth it?
