If you come across an incapped player, and you have a rage clickie, target incapped player and use the clickie. This will bring them up by giving them temporary hp. I would suggest that once the incapped player is revived, that they use a heal potion. I'm not sure if the temp hp will go away causing the player to become incapped again.
