I used a bot on my WC, Then around level 70. I cut yews for cash. They cut quicker at that level and they sell for good money. 13k for full inve. I got like 300k an hour just chopping yew, and the bot I use banks willows for you. Not alot of money from that, but you could build up firemaking, and cooking.. :)

Full dragon is a waste of money, in my opinion. Regardless to what level you are, why waste millions of GP to have armor that isn't even up to par with anything else in its price range?
It might make you look rich, but it also makes you look really stupid to players who can tell why you've purchased it.
Anyways, as for making money I would say merchanting items yourself.
Woodcutting is good too, yews and magic trees.
Fishing lobsters, monks or sharks is also good money.
In my opinion though, you should get to a point where Bandos or Armadyl is able to be worn, then use that.
It will make you 'look rich' and at the same time giving you good statistics.

In all seriousness, the ones Shootem just mentioned all work just fine. Personally, the Unicorns work fastest if you kill as many as you can, then grind all the horns up into dust and selling it in the Grand Exchange for 1.6k each. The reason being for the quickness is because they are such a low level, making the kills quicker and having them near the Wilderness Volcano Bank make it so much easier for trips.
Green Dragons do work extremely well, though I would advise you not to sell the bones until the Prayer Update. Trust me they will be worth a lot more. High levels know about this, and some try to keep it a secret, though others usually can catch on when they have 41m worth of Dragon Bones in their inventory! :P
Seriously though, do Green Dragons if you keep the bones for later merching. Sell the hides now!

Hmm, Prayer Update? When might this update be? I want to know so I can re-subscribe in time to get a decent amount of bones.

This is not something that "high levels" know about it is something rich people know about, and smart players know about..
stay active on the runecape forums! if you would look each and every skill update was asked for in the "suggestions-skill" forum on runescape forums! it is very simple! go to runecape forums look at the hottest issues and the most pressed for updates and you will see what to buy! one of the most simple ways to speculation merchant!!
