Just have a stealth bomber anad be about 5k out from theorca. When they tractor the can, once it gets 7k away uncloak and go right next to the orca. When the can is in range the ore will be in seperate stacks. Start taking one stack at a time and drag them into your container. If the orca is dragging all stacks, it will cause them to be aggressive to you.
