You need to put a necromancer at the second snake going up to the spawn.

You will see an area where the islands connect. Just run to lethos and when he activates himself and minions run past the necro to the area where the islands connect. The necro will solo lethos while the other character heals him from a distance. Respawn is about 10 minutes.

Just do not really farm the minion statues.
