ive had a question in my head the other day...
if Runescape bans accounts permanently, why do they still keep the accounts active in other parts of the website, and why dont they delete them? Are they gonna sell the accounts or something?
i also want to know if there is anyway to un-ban the accounts, whether if the jagex staff un-bans the accounts or if theres a technical problem with jagex's headquarters or something lolz.
