Out of all those, Sabbath and Maiden are the only bands I'd touch. There are way too many genres in metal these days.

A "good" antivirus program won't pick up 100% of them. You'd need a ridiculously good combo to monitor and catch all virii and spyware. Ares is a lot more secure.
