You need a Death Gaze assassin to do this.
Get 2 souldshards and target the boss.
Double click death's gaze and you will make the boss return to its spawn point and stand in that spot while it gets killed.
If another mob aggros you, you can kite it and the boss will keep the hp until you return to kill it.
