I think more people will be Elite members if you add the ability to use your Credit Card I have a prepaid one and have nothing to spend it on :/ and I dont have paypal either >=O

Cloud206 and Cayan, you can transfer money from a pre-paid debit card or credit card to Paypal for free.... Also, you can even transfer from your bank account. Catrond, you need at least two "yay"s from elite members to become an elite member for free. Also, if you receive two "yay"s for something you posted when you are already an Elite Member, you can earn MMO Gold (500-10,000 like Adub said).
