More of a short cut tip to shout and whisper without having to click the arrow by the "Say" button.

To shout:
1. type what you want to say
2. hold down the Ctrl button as you press enter

To whisper:
1. type what you want to say
2. hold down the Shift button as you press enter




Test it, make sure it works for you

They're SL hotkeys for chat, there's nothing to confirm..
