More of a short cut tip to shout and whisper without having to click the arrow by the "Say" button.
To shout: 1. type what you want to say
2. hold down the
Ctrl button as you press enter
To whisper: 1. type what you want to say
2. hold down the
Shift button as you press enter
Test it, make sure it works for you
