In Peregrine Island, SWIM to the lower left corner of the screen and keep swimming to the right until you hit an invisible wall, make sure you are swimming diagonally along the wall of the zone or it will not work. When you hit this wall, jump forward at a 45 degree angle and you are outside the zone.
Keep heading south the floating buildings until you reach the end of the water.
There are two things you can do here, either
1. Fly towards the arena and stand on the large blue box under it and type "/stuck" thus sending you to the matrix room, or
2. Fly towards some Giant monsters and kill them, they cant hit you but you can hit them. Teleport and Hover also works, but not as well.
