My advice is here, assuming you have at least tobis or have a high attack.
Go to ant tunnel 1 and train there. until you are 25. (I recomend the bottomst part, i.e. the platform where the portal is loacted)
Or, you can do pqs, i don't really recomend the henesys one as it only gives 1000 reward exp.
I recomend you to do the Ariant Colloseum pvp or try your luck at Kerning pq, see if any party invites you in ^^.
At 25, its basically Kerning pq over and over again.
