It can be very difficult to TelePort to Money Island or other busy areas. You can try to TP all day and it says the server is busy.
Here is way to get into those busy sims in just a few seconds.

Look at the map to find an area that is not busy near the desired destination .
TP to the less busy sim adjacent to the area you want to enter. Fly or walk to the sim boundary. It will say server is too busy.
Continue to walk and push against the boundary. In a few seconds you will allowed access and you are in.

I have not seen this tip posted before, so maybe I qualify for the Elite upgrade?

Edit: I was able to get into Money Island and Money Tree Island both of which are cronically busy.
It did take longer than a few seconds in some cases, but usually within a minute.
I think this works because when you are pushing on the boundary you are sending a series of entry requests and so get a spot as soon as one becomes free.

Open the Search window in SL (Ctrl+F or click the Search icon on your toolbar) click on Places, make sure the PG Content option is checked, and search for Money Island. It should be the first result in the search. Then as per the thread OP's suggestion, if it's too busy, click Show on Map (in the Search window) and choose a nearby sim to land in, then continually try to enter Money Island on foot till you're let in.
