I'm a level 32 IL Mage, and I'm not sure how to level up very quickly... Any places I should train to level faster or something? I usually stick with Lubridum(?) or Masks, and quests, but are there any ways to level faster? And what monsters drop good magician items at a good rate? Also is there any glitch that works for leveling up? Is there anyone that could help me level in Bellocan? And is there a way to get money fast, and good quests? Thanks!

The fastest possible leveling up for somebody your level is to Carnival PQ. If you have a good party and win the PQ you can get up to 30,000 EXP every single run! 30k exp every 10 minutes. That's fast leveling, my friend.

1) Mage Equips

Your in Ludi, so the best mage equip you can try to get is the Esther Sheild(lvl 33) that is dropped by Master Chrnous. Or, you can get the Mystic Sheild (lvl 22) that is dropped by Chronus.
For weapons, you can get them easily from the Monster Carnival via exchanging maple coins with Spiegalman.

2) Leveling up via training

Do the Monster Carnival, its the best. If you can't get a decent party that get As, you can do swaps or even opt for MC service.
Or, you can do it the old fashion way! ^^
Go to Orbis and train on those Jr. Cellions! (Assuming you are maxing Cold Beam first)
Go to Aqua Road and train on low level monsters that are on the left side of the area! (Assuming you are maxing Lightening first)

3) Leveling other than training

Well, that is Exp Gachapon. For this, you need a bunch of NX-cash ^^.

4) Money fast

Well, you have to find good equips and sell them. Thats the only way...
UNLESS you have a ton of NX! If you do, buy gacha tickets and use them at mushroom shirnes. THey usually give cursed scrolls that can be sold at a above one million. Also, it offers great rare equips such as Pink Adventurer capes etc... That are also worth quite a lot.
