I'm going to tell you MY way of hacking someone.
Okay , i'v tested this myself at 4 accounts (with the new runescape site) and i'v hacked 3 of them. So that's 75% :)
Here it goes :

Go to the recover an account form and go to "recover a stolen password"
This is what you do :
1. Recoverys : (tell you know them.)

You can always add something more like a fake pin.

Some info: I personally think Jagex never reads these appeals. That's why you can give any IP you want. So why not try a fake PBP pin ?

Ok it is submitted it says use the track ID to keep updated on the recovery .... What do I do now?

Check back at https://accountappeal.runescape.com/trackinginput.ws
Fill in the username and the track ID , and if did it right , and you are lucky, you'll get the account :)

Remember : It does not work always.

ANOTHER WAY :
Go to any busy world and go to the grand exchange. Add someone there and open another runescape screen.Put in the username of your victim and as pass : abc123.
If you it works , the runescape screen will say you are already logged in. Now just change the password and the recoveries and you'v got the account.

O... it works alright... it just depends on who you do it to.. i made up one last night.. off top of my head while i was doing it to this guy... i guess ill post it today... but try this way..

P.S. remembering these ways of hacking, u mite not want to keep having to go back here, so i just copy them, and put em in a wordperfect document, or notepad, and save it.. i got tons...

I was in the wildlands(or whatever its called) and i found this guy his name was wildman i was trying to hack him but he punched me
i hit him with my sword he started running but he was dropping 100k (about every
5 sec) i got 6 mil from him but then he died
