Ok so what you do is all this in exact order.
First find a level 70+ paladin / sorc ect...sum 1 with teleport that will do this for you.
Find a level 40 guy thats still in normal mode.
And follow these steps...
The Rusher, paladin guy, will wp to catacombs tele to andy ect, tp u go in he kills her blah blah u go to act 2 he gets u ammy staff ect u get act 3ect ect act 4 ect ect then when u get into act 5 u have the level 40 thats in normal mode go in...rusher teles to baal tp's in the lvl 40 u stand at portal to baals room while rusher kills baal...kk nightmare mode...repeat, wallah hell mode...repeat except dont worry about hell baal yet...
