Hmm... I wanted to ask the same question... cuz my friend gave me the game and it had a 30day subscription with it.. i dint get 2 try it yet.. should i try it or not? i dont want to try it cuz then ill start paying for it and not runescape. i hope u guyz understand.

I like it a lot. I did the uber guild, raid all the time thing and burned out for a while. Now I'm back and am having lots of fun really exploring all the aspects of the game, zones, quests, etc. I think I am also enjoying it a lot because I'm playing with family members that I don't get to see often in RL and it is a great way to stay connected. I played the original EQ for about 5 years before retiring that character. I was part of Beta for EQ2 and have played since the beginning with the exception of my year off. I've tried numberous other games but EQ is a good fit for me and I put so much of myself in my characters that I find it difficult to bounce from game to game.
