Ok, this is a build that i think is very efficient. It can farm most places with melee, spellcasters are still a problem...
This build can be used at any level. And this is my first real build.

Skills:
Pious Haste
Heart of Holy Flame
Staggering Force
Aura of Thorns
Mirage Cloak
Mystic Sandstorm
Vital Boon
Faithful Intervetion
Attributes:
As high Mysticism and Earth Prayers as possible (4-5 is enough for a lowlevel area).
Put the rest in Sychte Mastery or any weapon attribute.
Armor:
This is not important but its good to have a relative high armorlevel
A large energy pool also helps alot.
You can take any weapon you want.
Usage:
First cast Faithful Intervention and maintain it (in case you take large amounts of damage).
Use Vital Boon as a health boost and a selfheal (Pious Haste can end this and trigger the heal).
Precast Mirage Cloak before you aggro a group. If you are facing a caster group, run around so that all enemies clump together and run in the middle.
When you are surrounded, cast skill 2-3-4-6 to kill all the enemies. If anyone survived, use your weapon to finish them off.
Pious Haste can be used to get past enemies or to escape. Beware that it removes an enchantment when it ends.
Variants:
If you are farming with a high level dervish you can take skills like Test of Faith and Mystic Twister to increase the damage. Be sure to change your attribute points.
Take Wow of Silence to counter casters.
Take Conviction for armor or Mystic Regeneration for selfheal.
I use this build whenever im powerlevling a dervish, farming or just want to have some fun.
