idk for sure but i tried to make a wood staff +8 to +9 with a middle class scroll and it didnt work out to hot i would say dont try it if u relly like ur +9 i still miss my +8 wood staff an it was just a wood staff and as for having a trinas peice i wish i had one of those but hey if u think u can live without it or u have a good back up weapon id say go for it its all about gambling when it comes to upgrading u can also look at the guide for upgrading weapons the one on this site not the game and it will tell u percentages of upgrading weapons and the exceptions for some from a guy thats played for a while but ive only played that game for like 5 days so im still kind of a nooby myself my guys a lvl 32 anyways if you do try it good luck also you could try putting the game in windowed mode and if the little light that goes across turns red try closin the window b4 it gets through but i dont know if that would work ive never tried it b4.
